KURUZA JAZZ NIGHT
Kuruza Jazz Night is an event series formerly hosted at the Annex Hotel, a favorite creative hub in Toronto, Kuruza provides a platform for young black talent to showcase their skills alongside a live band and in front of a live audience. Each event is recorded and uploaded to Youtube with the aim of growing Kuruza's global community while expanding the reach of the talented artists who perform.

Kuruza Sound System is a monthly series that started in 2018. Staples in Toronto music community and undoubtedly one of Toronto’s most loved part series.
KSS transcends genres while featuring a different guest each month. The event has 3 resident DJs who make up the Kuruza collective - Kiga, Minzi Roberta & Hangaëlle. The fluid soundscape of the party and the intentionality behind all aspects of the events curation leads to discovery, connection & joy the night of.

The Dreaming art installation was a direct portal into Minzi’s personal space, paying tribute to the living room that gave birth to unique ideas and sparked deep artistic changes in her life.
Hosted at The Trading Floor, the week-long exhibition showcased personal artifacts and vignettes that captured the essence of Minzi’s creative journey. The opening night featured a captivating musical performance, setting the tone for the rest of the event. It was a truly immersive experience that engaged all the senses and transported visitors into Minzi’s world of art.

AMAPROBLEM is a music collective and event series dedicated to showcasing the vibrant South African house music genre, with a particular focus on Amapiano. Initially conceived by its founders and music enthusiasts as a lighthearted project during the pandemic in 2021, the collective's passion for music exploration led them to delve deeply into this niche genre.
